Kinkell is a country home offering bed and breakfast accommodation close to St Andrews, Fife where Sandy and Frippy offer a warm welcome, good food and informal hospitality.
 

Situated on the coast, south and east of St Andrews. The farm runs down to the sea, and has spectacular views of the coastline to the North and West towards St Andrews..

Guests are welcome to relax in the drawing room, with its open fires, comfy sofas and grand piano. From the house, it is a short walk to the sea, and the wild coastal path.  Kinkell is adjacent to the New St. Andrews Links "Castle" course, which opened in 2008 and the two Fairmont St. Andrews Courses.  It is a short drive to other St. Andrews courses, Kingsbarns and many more in the area.
