Kinkell House Facilities

There is a tennis court and croquet lawn within the informal gardens that surround the house. Sandy also runs an offroad driving and quad biking centre on a landscaped course, which runs down to the sea (see www.fyfeoffroad.com)

Energetic guests can walk all the way along the coast to St Andrews or Crail.

The many attractions of St Andrews and the surrounding area include golf courses, historic buildings, scenic villages, the sea and spectacular beaches, and all are within easy reach.

There are also many good places to eat and drink and Sandy and Frippy will be happy to offer guidance on request.

The former farm steading, adjacent to the house, provides the opportunity for a number of different layouts for functions. Corporate Events, balls, twenty firsts and weddings have all been catered for and it is possible to organise events for up to 300 people.

On January 26th 2003, we started work transforming the Byre from accommodation for cattle to a 4,500 square foot dance floor. Click here to visit the Kinkell Byre website

Since completing the dance floor we have had a white tie dinner and dance for 250, the student May Ball for 1,500 and a corporate dinner dance for 250.
